After the training I did at the Astronaut Beach House on the beach in Cape Canaveral (yes, it’s a real beach house and very hallowed ground) I got to talk with a couple of astronauts, who are still two of the most likeable guys I’ve ever met. During our conversation, they told me something absolutely invaluable about NASA’s selection process.
It’s something that I believe you will want to think about as you work on your company, your team, and your life. It’s a test I think you will like, and one you’ll want to pass every day, too!
